Little Rock, AR is the most populous city in the State with a little over 202,000 people as of 2022. The city is central to the State geographically, and is largely on line with the Redline Transcontinental. I only know of its existence due to its importance to Bill Clinton. Apparently they have good cheese dip.
The midway point between Oklahoma City, OK and Nashville, TN is approximately equidistant between Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN. For the aim of representation, Little Rock and the promise of future growth, while other cities are available to select, Little Rock of Arkansas is the preferred selection.
In terms of integration as opposed to "bypass with tie-in", both Little Rock and Memphis are "on the bubble", with Little Rock retaining the edge due to Nashville's dominance over Memphis, and the distance factors between Oklahoma City, OK and Charlotte, NC.
